The original CENTURY "Bob XL" dummy, with its large striking surface, offers perfect training opportunities for a variety of different techniques. The material properties are similar to those of the human body – punches/kicks are optimally absorbed and feel completely realistic. Due to its long torso, the standing punching bag is particularly well-suited for kickboxing techniques. The human-like upper body enables realistic punch combinations.
The Bob XL can be individually adjusted to your training needs with its practical height adjustment feature.

BOB XL

• The base, made of polyethylene, can be filled with water or sand and is round, making it easy to move by rolling
