Description

The CENTURY boxing dummy "BOB XL" offers excellent training possibilities for a variety of different techniques thanks to its extended torso. The material characteristics with a vinyl "skin" are similar to those of the human body - the punches/kicks are optimally absorbed and appear absolutely realistic.

It is a great training tool for every martial art. It is robust enough for kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo and other martial arts and its characteristics allow it to be used for tactical training arts such as Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga.

The model has a different muscle pattern, a larger CENTURY logo on the belt and smoother pants!

Bob XL is so much fun to fight. Even just giving him a good old slap is fun. its not often you can give someone a slap so hard it would knock them out and not having them fight you back. But Bob doesnt mind, he will just stand there and take it.

Klasse Trainingsgerät - sehe ich auch so
Ich kann mich der Bewertung mit: „Klasse Trainingsgerät“ In allen Punkten anschließen
Leider musste ich die Erfahrung mit dem mühsamen Kinderspiel Sand (4 × 25 kg passten komplett rein) machen, empfehle daher eindringlich den Quarzsand!
Außerdem kam ich auf die dumme Idee den Dummy auf einem Fassroller zu befestigen, damit er nicht immer so präsent im Raum steht. Passte zwar perfekt vom Durchmesser da auch 61 cm allerdings reduziert sich natürlich dadurch die Auflagefläche von 61 Quadrat Zentimeter auf circa vier, auf die Auflage der Rollen, was zur Folge hat, dass auch bei leichten Schlägen sich die Rollen mit Dummy trotz 100 kg Zuladung abhoben... Nun werde ich ihn auf eine Dämmmatte stellen um meinem Untermieter nicht zu belästigen…

realistische Feeling
Bob XL ist per Christkind 2021 zu mir gekommen :) - Lieferung hat super funktioniert. Trainings mit Bob (Tae Kwon Do) funkionieren sehr gut.
2 Säcke mit schweren Katzensand (je 10 kg) reichen zwar nicht aus, dass Bob bei häftigeren Schlägen stehen bleibt - aber es ist noch genut platz im Tank - werde nochmal 2-3 Säcke dazufüllen... Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Geiles Gerät
Super Trainingsgerät, den wollte ich schon immer. Hab den Sockel nur mit Wasser gefüllt und auf 2 cm Mattenboden stehen, reicht m.E. vollkommen aus. Achtung wenn er durch Schläge und Tritte nach hinten kippt, nicht die Zehen drunter bringen ;-)) Finde es übrigens gut so vom Gewicht. Muss nicht wie einbetoniert stehen und ist dadurch gut im Raum verschiebbar.

Hallo, ich habe den BOB XL vor 11 Tagen bestellt, heute kam der Herr endlich an. Century hat den Artikel innerhalb von 24 Stunden verschickt - danke dafür! Leider hatte DHL gestreikt. Aber Vorfreude ist ja bekanntlich die schönste Freude. So nun zum Thema, mein BOB ist bei bester Gesundheit bei mir angekommen. Als Dank habe ich ihn direkt mit 100 KG Quarzsand befüllt und gestest, alles wie erwartet - TOP. Es macht richtig Spaß.

Als Tipp, kein Spielsand! Als Trichter einfach eine Plastikflasche mit großer Öffnung aufschneiden, bissel Panzertape rum und in 15 Min voll.

Allen viel Spaß mit diesen Trainingspartner.
