The BOB® Freestanding Box Dummy is an excellent training partner for martial arts techniques or specific workout. The original BOB - Body Opponent Bag from CENTURY is a human model with a vinyl "skin" for a very realistic and effective self-defence training. The new model has a black "CENTURY belt buckle" as a distinctive feature. It offers seven height adjustment possibilities from 152cm to 198cm. Perfect for use at home and ideal for your punches and kicks.
The BOB® Jacket allows you to do new exercises on your training dummy in a simple and practical way. Practice blocking, parrying and arm handling for a more realistic punch feeling. You can attach the jacket to any BOB® model with three buckles for the back and four velcro fasteners. Made of vinyl with high density polyurethane foam and reinforced seams.
