A kata is a practice form that consists of stylized combat sequences performed against mostly imaginary opponents. Especially in the kata discipline, aesthetics and acoustics (snap effect) are crucial for delivering a perfect kata performance. Regular kata practice not only enhances technical skills but also improves body control and concentration. Additionally, kata training helps develop a better understanding of martial arts principles, leading to greater success in free sparring.

For this reason, the PUNOK Gold Kata Gi was developed by experienced martial artists. The premium fabric is designed for the snap effect and is highly durable and tear-resistant. The kata uniform offers excellent freedom of movement and is WKF-approved for competitions. Both the jacket and pants carry the WKF seal (WKF Approved). The jackets feature the PUNOK logo in either red or blue.

NOTE: Sizes 0 to 2.5 have a wide, elastic waistband and are therefore more suitable for adults. For children or individuals with a slim waist, the pants may fit too loosely.

From size 3 to 6, the pants have a traditional high waistband.
