PUNOK's competition belts are 5 cm thick and have eight rows of stitching. They meet the standards of the World Karate Federation (WKF), so you can wear them with pride when you compete anywhere in the world. The light blue color of the blue belt distinguishes it from a rank belt of the same Color.
