The GUS Grappling Dummy has a very durable padding that can withstand hard punches and throws and a tear-resistant vinyl cover for a hard and realistic training. With a height of 150 cm and a weight of 22 kg, this dummy is very suitable for simulating partner training. The dummy can also wear one of our Gameness Jiu Jitsu Gis in size A3 to better simulate BJJ training. Train a variety of martial arts such as MMA, BJJ, wrestling and practice ground and pound and submissions with the GUS Grappling Dummy.

Description

Gameness's GUS Grappling Dummy is optimal for:

Throws: GUS is carefully weighted and balanced to human-like proportions to realistically drill hip throws, arm throws, body locks and sweeps.
Takedowns: Stands upright to take endless single or double leg takedowns, arm drags, trips, leg sweeps and ankle picks.
Grappling: transition drills in guard, side control, knee on belly. Practice triangles, arm bars, x-guard, de la Riva Guard, chokes and sweeps.

The GUS Grappling Dummy can be dressed in a size A3 BJJ Jiu Jitsu Gi to facilitate realistic training.
The Gameness Pearl BJJ Gi can be purchased separately.
