Versys Freestanding Bags – Designed for MMA, Self-Defense & Fitness
The Versys product line from CENTURY Martial Arts has been designed as a hybrid training system and combines the characteristics of freestanding punching bags and training dummies. As a result, Versys models function as combat simulators that allow both striking (punching and kicking techniques) and grappling (clinch work, controlled throwing exercises, and ground-based technique drills), making them ideal for MMA, self-defense, and fitness training.
Compared to conventional freestanding punching bags, they offer greater freedom of movement and are designed with a lighter overall setup, which supports dynamic training formats. At the same time, they provide a well-balanced combination of size, weight, and stability for a wide range of training requirements in martial arts and fitness.
