The original CENTURY Box Dummy "Bob XL" offers perfect training possibilities for a multitude of different techniques thanks to its large striking surface.
The material properties are similar to those of the human body - The strokes / kicks are optimally recorded and look absolutely realistic.
Due to the long upper body, the standing box bag is particularly well suited for kickboxing techniques.
The human upper body shape allows realistic stroke combinations.
The Bob XL can be adjusted by the practical height adjustment individually to your own training needs.

The new model has a different Muskulturzeichnung, a larger CENTURY logo on the belt and a smoother pants !!!

1A Qualität und noch schnellere Lieferung
Die Überschrift sagt eigentlich schon alles. Nach meiner Bestellung dauerte die Lieferung nicht lang und ich hatte meinen Bob.

Zum Produkt: der Torso ist sehr gut verarbeitet und auch nach dem Gebrauch sind kaum Spuren zu erkennen. Auch der Gebrauch von stumpfen Hiebwaffen ist möglich, auch wenn man hier nicht mit hundert Prozent trainieren sondern eher auf Präzision achten sollte. Die Jacke ist sehr haltbar und hilft beim Training ungemein. Der Schaumstoff, der in den Armen steckt, ist schwierig wieder reinzubekommen, aber nicht unmöglich. Die Festigkeit des Schaumstoffes ist durchaus notwendig, um ein realistisches Feedback zu bekommen.
Alles in allem zu hundert Prozent zu empfehlen!

Wow! Perfect training accessory!
Very sturdy! I filled with water and barely moves even with strong kicks! Height adjustment is great for practicing against short/same height or taller opponents. Treat it like a heavy bag and wrap your hands! Recommended to get the arms jacket, works amazing to practice blocking/sliding/slipping. Great piece of kit, I train KravMaga and this has really helped my sparring/striking and fitness come along. If your actually debating getting one, just get it, you wont regret it!
