Delivery will always take place at the adress specified by the customer.

We ship with DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution GmbH & Co. KG)

Please give 3-5 days for delivery after we got your payment or after you have received the order confirmation. Delivery of floor coverings may take longer.

International shipment charges are very versatile. During the checkout process you will see a seperate position on your order list with a note, that we will contact you after receiving your order and tell you the specific shipment cost for your order. Until this time your order is not obligatory.
